Se tapa y se pone a m\u00e1xima temperatura n\u00ba 6, cuando empieza a salir el vapor, se baja la temperatura al n\u00ba 3 y se deja cocer durante 4 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerlo<\/strong> en una olla normal, el tiempo que indica el paquete, si son congeladas, y si son fresca, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas o a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando deje de salir vapor<\/strong>, se sacan y se ponen a escurrir el agua en un colador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En una sart\u00e9n<\/strong> se echa un poco de aceite y se le incorpora las jud\u00edas ech\u00e1ndole un poco de ajo troceado o molido, seg\u00fan el gusto de cada uno, y tambi\u00e9n un poquito de sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salte\u00e1ndola<\/strong> bien todo junto durante unos 10 o 15 minutos, y movi\u00e9ndola para que no se pegue. <strong>Cuando est\u00e9n listas<\/strong> se deja tapada en la misma sart\u00e9n hasta la hora de consumirla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puede acompa\u00f1ar a<\/strong> <a
