(dicen que mantiene los dulces m\u00e1s tiempo)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Batir todo junto<\/strong>, hasta que el huevo doble su volumen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> las almendras molidas, y volver a batir todo muy bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner<\/strong> una tira de papel de horno, para ayudarte a desmoldarlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colocar la masa brisa<\/strong>, recortado lo que sobre por los filos y pinchar la base con un tenedor. Si el fabricante no pide que se hornee antes.&nbsp;Echar encima el preparado de almendras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong> <strong>a 180\u00baC<\/strong> con calor arriba y abajo y sin aire, <strong>durante 30 minutos<\/strong> o est\u00e9 doradita. <strong>Pinchar<\/strong> y ver que sale limpia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong> y reservar. Mientras prepara la cobertura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cobertura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calentar la nata o la leche, retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el chocolate troceado y la mantequilla. Remover hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea y dejarla reposar unos minutos. Esto lo puedes <strong>hacer al microondas<\/strong>, de 30 segundo en 30 segundo, para que no se queme el chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Cubrir la tarta con la cobertura y dejarla en el frigor\u00edfico durante 1 hora para que el chocolate se solidifique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si le has puesto<\/strong> la tira de papel de horno, te ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil desmoldar y poner en un plato o
