4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4, 6 o 8 porciones de merluza<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharada de aceite<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>perejil y pimienta<\/li>\n<li>2 vasos de agua fr\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1 lata peque\u00f1a de guisantes o 100 g guisantes tiernos congelados<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00f3 2 huevos duros (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> los lomos de merluza el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Echarle<\/strong> la sal a la merluza (<strong>unas horas antes de&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>fre\u00edrlas<\/b><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fre\u00edr<\/strong> la cebolla, ajo, perejil, pimienta y a\u00f1adir los guisantes, un poco de sal y el agua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dejar cocer<\/strong> todo unos 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p>Batir todo en la batidora y <strong>rectificar de sal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner en la cazuela<\/strong> la merluza y a\u00f1adir la salsa por encima y dejar cocer 10 minutos a <strong>temperatura m\u00ednima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si quiere se puede<strong> servir<\/strong> con huevo duro rallado por encima o cortados en cuatro trozos cada uno.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Fotos realizadas el 05\/10\/2023
