\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 o 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500 g. filetes de vacuno <strong>para empanar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo batido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de copos de ma\u00edz crujiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papel de horno o <strong>de silicona<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentamos el horno<\/strong>, con calor arriba y abajo, a 200\u00baC durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en una fuente larga<\/strong> los copos de ma\u00edz crujientes y <strong>el huevo batido en<\/strong> un plato o fuente larga tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar en la bandeja de horno<\/strong>, papel de hornear o de <strong>silicona.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> un poco de sal a los filetes de vacuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasar <\/strong>por huevo batido, y luego por los copos de ma\u00edz crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ir colocando en la bandeja de horno.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ven\u00edan 6 filetes<\/strong>, coloque 4 en la bandeja del horno, y <strong>congele por separado los otros 2,<\/strong> luego no hace falta descongelarlo, para hacerlo en el horno o la Freidora de Aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como los filetes son muy finitos<\/strong>, con hacerlo a 200\u00baC durante unos 8 minutos, le das la vuelta y lo dejas 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta vez los acompa\u00f1e<\/strong>, con Mejillones de Media concha, <strong>ya cocidos<\/strong>, descongelados el d\u00eda anterior, con un poco de zumo de lim\u00f3n. <strong>Este producto es de Agrifer Congelados<\/strong>, est\u00e1n muy buenos, y son grandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
