fresca o <strong>congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 papas&nbsp;medianas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vaso de caldo de pescado o <strong>de agua y pastilla pescado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 vaso de vino blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite virgen de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil picado fresco o<strong> congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior, los Filetes de Caballa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong>&nbsp;a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ponemos <\/strong>en una bandeja grande, en el fondo un poco de aceite, la cebolla troceada, las rodajas de patatas, salpimentar, medio vaso de vino blanco, la pastilla de caldo de pescado desmenuzada y un vaso de agua, y el perejil por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong>&nbsp;a 175C durante&nbsp;30 minutos.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> muy bien los filetes de caballa, bajo el grifo, repasar si tiene alguna espina en el centro, y por los filos. <strong>Echar<\/strong>&nbsp;sal y pimienta a las caballas, y colocarlas encima de las patatas,&nbsp;<strong>con la piel para arriba<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong>&nbsp;durante 15 o 20 minutos a 175\u00ba C, <strong>observar<\/strong> que no se seque o dore mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar<\/strong> en una fuente larga, dos filetes de Caballa por persona, y repartir las patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este es un plato \u00fanico<\/strong>, al llevar patatas el pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong> de otra m\u00eda, de caballas enteras. <a
