Un poco de sal y aceite de oliva, la canela molida. Az\u00facar o Stevia y el zumo de naranja o clementina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacer unos minutos<\/strong>, moviendo de vez en cuando con una cuchara, <strong>puedes hacer una salsa fina<\/strong>, si le pasas la minipimer, <strong>probar que este a t\u00fa gusto<\/strong>, de sal o dulce.<strong> Reservar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una sarten o al Microondas<\/strong>, puedes hacer la habitas, con un poco de sal, ajo molido y aceite de oliva. <strong>Reservar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en una sarten<\/strong> un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los escalopines o filetes<\/strong> finos de ternera, salpimentar<strong>, pasar por harina<\/strong>, y quitar el exceso de harina, y <strong>hacer en la sarten<\/strong>, por los dos lados. <strong>Reservar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar en plato llano<\/strong>, un fondo de la salsa de ar\u00e1ndano, el filete encima, y en un ladito las habitas<strong>, espolvorear<\/strong> por encima con el queso rallado parmesano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si est\u00e1 frio<\/strong>, puedes calentarlo un poco al Microonda <strong>el plato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada
