casta\u00f1as<\/strong> o sueltas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bol con agua caliente al Microondas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 escurridor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 t\u00e1per para guardarla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 freidora de aire o Airfryer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> muy bien las casta\u00f1as en agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llenar<\/strong> un bol grande de agua y sal, y calentar al Microondas, o lo que tengas a manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rajar<\/strong> las casta\u00f1as, a lo ancho o en un lateral, e incluso puedes hacer una cruz, cuidado, resbala el cuchillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echarla<\/strong> en el bol con el agua caliente, dejar en remojo unos 20 minutos, seg\u00fan vi en una receta, <strong>yo las tuve en remojo toda la noche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando vayas a hacerla<\/strong>, echar en un escurridor, y lavar muy bien, dejar escurrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar <\/strong>la freidora de aire, durante unos 3 o 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar<\/strong> las casta\u00f1as en el cestillo, <strong>sin que se pisen<\/strong>, hacer a 200\u00baC durante 10 minutos y <strong>dar la vuelta<\/strong>, para hacerla 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> en un t\u00e1per, y repetir hasta<strong> hacerlas todas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar el t\u00e1per<\/strong>, y dejar que suden. <strong>Cuando est\u00e9n fr\u00edas<\/strong>, ya puedes comerlas, y dejar en el frigor\u00edfico, hasta com\u00e9rtelas todas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes sacar<\/strong> las que te vas a comer, <strong>a temperatura ambiente<\/strong>, o calentar un poco en el Microondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo las pelabas muy bien<\/strong>, muy pocas se resistieron, estaban bien asadas, y muy buenas de sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No he probado en el horno,<\/strong> pero creo que lo haria igual, solo que la dejar\u00eda m\u00e1s
