\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para <strong>3 personas<\/strong><\/strong> (<strong>6 o 12  Volovanes depende del tama\u00f1o<\/strong>)<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>6 volovanes de<strong> hojaldre grande<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 lata de at\u00fan <strong>natural<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 palitos de surimi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g cebolla fresca o <strong>congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 huevo cocido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de mayonesa <strong>Ligeresa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mejor echar poco a poco <\/strong>los ingredientes en la picadora, porque cuesta mucho si los hechas todo junto, aunque en el v\u00eddeo y foto lo puse todo junto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si quieres puedes reservar<\/strong> una yema de huevo, <strong>para decorar<\/strong> por encima el relleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en la picadora<\/strong>, los surimis troceados y picar, a\u00f1adir la cebolla y volver a picar, los huevos cocidos, y volver a triturar y por ultimo el at\u00fan desmenuzado y la mayonesa, <strong>terminar de picar todo junto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes rellenar<\/strong> una manga pastelera de un solo uso,<strong> o con una cuchara<\/strong>, para rellenar los Volovanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes rellenar<\/strong> Volovanes chicos o tartaletas peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si te sobra<\/strong>, como me paso a m\u00ed, p\u00e1salo a un t\u00e1per y <strong>puedes congelarlo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada
