\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de pulpo cocido (patas o <strong>troceado<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bote de alubias blanca cocida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla fresca o<strong> congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dientes de ajo fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 o 2 hojas de laurel fresco o <strong>seco<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite de oliva y sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de caldo de pollo (<strong>1 pastilla y agua<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si el pulpo est\u00e1 congelado<\/strong>, acu\u00e9rdate descongelar en el frigor\u00edfico el d\u00eda anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner<\/strong> en una cacerola grande baja, un poco de aceite, el ajo y la cebolla, todo picado, con un poco de sal para que sude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando la cebolla<\/strong> este transparente<strong>, a\u00f1adir <\/strong>el pulpo troceado, y el piment\u00f3n dulce, mezclar todo muy bien, y dejar cocer unos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar las alubias<\/strong> en un escurridor, y lavar muy bien bajo el grifo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Incorporar las alubias<\/strong>, la pastilla de caldo de pollo y un vaso de agua, o si tienes caldo de pollo, y la hoja de laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar cocer<\/strong> unos 15 minutos, verificar que no necesita m\u00e1s agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si tienes las patas enteras<\/strong>, puedes dorarlas en el aceite, y reservar, para servir entera sobre las alubias, as\u00ed es como viene en la receta original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si es muy indigesto las alubias<\/strong>, hay una versi\u00f3n del guiso, <strong>en pur\u00e9, y el pulpo encima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes acompa\u00f1arlo<\/strong> con unas Mini Alcachofas con mayonesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta
