\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de filetes cerdo cabeza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre de sazonador BBQ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bote de papas cocidas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vaso de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong>, con calor arriba y abajo, a 200\u00baC durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una bandeja<\/strong> grande apta para el horno, colocar la bolsa que viene en la caja de sazonador BBQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> un poco de sal a los filetes, y dar unos cortes en los filos, para que no se encojan, colocar en la bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> las papas cocidas en un escurridor, lavar muy bien, y echar tambi\u00e9n en la bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un vaso<\/strong> con un poco de aceite, disolver el sobre de sazonador BBQ, y echar por encima de los filete y papas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n un vaso de agua, mezclar bien dentro de la bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cerrar la bolsa<\/strong> con el cierre que viene, y hacer <strong>un peque\u00f1o corte<\/strong> con la tijera, en la parte de encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el horno<\/strong> en la parte baja, para que, al hincharse la bolsa, no toque el techo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong> a 180\u00baC, con calor arriba y abajo, durante unos 40 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong>, y con mucho cuidado, el vapor quema, cortar donde est\u00e1 cerrado, y echar el contenido en la fuente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> los filetes y papas cocidas en plato llano, y si tiene salsa, pan para quien quiera mojar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerlo<\/strong> con pollo, alitas, costillas, t\u00fa eliges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
