\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 o 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>750 g pechuga de pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de salsa de queso Cabrales<strong> (Salsa Asturiana)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 freidora de aire o Airfryer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja <strong>de silicona<\/strong> o de papel (suelta liquido)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rabanitos <strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de leche o vegetal <strong>(optativo para poner en remojo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bote de papas cocidas de Ybarra <strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta vez no lo hice,<\/strong> pero suelen recomendar, poner la carne de pollo en remojo con un poco de leche, <strong>para que quede m\u00e1s jugosa<\/strong>, la pr\u00f3xima vez, lo hare de esa forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limpiar<\/strong> muy bien las pechugas, y separar el solomillo, luego<strong> hacer unos cortes<\/strong> sin llegar abajo, echar un poco de sal, por todos los lados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo suelo calentar<\/strong> la Freidora de aire unos 3 o 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar en la bandeja de silicona <\/strong>o de papel, y<strong> elegir Pollo \/ Chiken<\/strong>, como no es el pollo entero o con hueso, hacer a 180\u00baC durante unos 20 o 25 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir en plato llano<\/strong>, una pechuga por persona, con la Salsa de queso de Cabrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo, como suelo comer menos<\/strong>, me eche los dos solomillos y un poco de la salsa, no me gusta el queso, y no debo abusar, <strong>al comer sin lactosa o vegetal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f538;<strong>Puedes acompa\u00f1ar,<\/strong> con papas cocidas de bote, las echas en un escurridor, las lavas, y <strong>las calientas en el Microondas un poco<\/strong>, y le echas la misma salsa o mayonesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f538;<strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerla<\/strong> al Horno o al Microondas, suelen quedar m\u00e1s jugosa y sin aceite, o a la plancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
