En Bofrost Congelados, pone 190\u00baC durante 12 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar 2 por personas<\/strong>, puedes acompa\u00f1arlo, con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/comeryleeresunplacer\/?p=322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ali\u00f1o de pimientos asados y at\u00fan al Microondas<\/a>, y pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bofrost.es\/es\/abadejo-crujiente-con-espinacas-ES15474.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Detalle del producto<\/a> <strong>de Bofrost Congelados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crujientes secretos rellenos de tierno abadejo de Alaska combinado con una suave crema de espinacas, encerrado en un dorado empanizado. Una deliciosa tentaci\u00f3n para el paladar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>abadejo de Alaska 41%, harina de trigo, agua, aceite de nabina, espinaca 7%, crema de queso fresco (leche desnatada, nata, fermentos l\u00e1cticos), mantequilla, almid\u00f3n de trigo, sal, harina de arroz, almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, almid\u00f3n de patata, cebolla, queso en polvo (leche, sal, cuajo microbiano), almid\u00f3n modificado de trigo, harina de ma\u00edz, dextrosa, prote\u00ednas de la leche, levadura, gluten de trigo, az\u00facar, nuez moscada, harina de trigo malteada, extracto de ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modo de empleo en el horno (6 Uds.): Precalentar a 200\u00b0C (horno convencional 200\u00b0C). Hornear el producto ultracongelado con papel resistente en la bandeja en la parte central aprox. 15 min.
