\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 o 8 porciones<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>24 galletas rectangular <strong>(3 tapas)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sobres de flan<strong> Potax<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 ml leche <strong>(600 + 200)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml leche <strong>(resto de mojar galletas)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de chocolate postre Valor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 galletas <strong>saladas<\/strong> <strong>(optativa)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de perlitas de chocolate <strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la receta original<\/strong>, pone echar esencia de vainilla y 200 g de nata, pero al final, lo he hecho como hago yo el Flan Potax, pero con menos leche, para que quede m\u00e1s espeso, tipo crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buscar un molde rectangular<\/strong>, que quepan, unas 8 galletas rectangular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerlo,<\/strong> en molde redondo, y galletas mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las galletas de abajo, <strong>no hace falta mojarla<\/strong>, para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, sacar la porci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empezamos<\/strong> echando unos 60 ml de leche en un plato hondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartimos<\/strong> en el molde las 8 galletas, <strong>sin mojar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cazo<\/strong>, echamos 600 ml de la leche, y la ponemos a calentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un medidor<\/strong>, echamos los otros 200 ml de leche, el az\u00facar, y los dos sobres de flan Potax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Batir todo muy bien,<\/strong> yo tengo un batidor manual, lo importante es que<strong> no quede grumos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando empiece a humear la leche<\/strong>, le a\u00f1adimos la mezcla anterior, no dejar de mover, hasta que empiece a hervir, y espese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir la mitad<\/strong> de la crema encima de las galletas, volver a colocar otra tanda de galletas, <strong>esta vez mojada en leche<\/strong>, terminado de echar el resto de la crema, y la ultima tanda de galletas<strong>, tambi\u00e9n mojada en la leche.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cuenco<\/strong>, echar el resto de la leche, <strong>tiene que ser 50 ml,<\/strong> si hace falta a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s, 25 gr de mantequilla, y 100 g de chocolate postres, troceado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el Microondas<\/strong>, de 30 en 30 segundo, hasta que se ligue bien todo, quedar\u00e1 como una crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar, esta crema<\/strong> de chocolate por encima, de las galletas, <strong>y repartir por encima<\/strong>, si tienes galletitas saladas, para ver que la tarta es de galletas, y el salado, con el chocolate, viene muy bien, <strong>y unas perlitas de chocolate<\/strong>. <strong>Si no tienes, dec\u00f3rala<\/strong> con lo que t\u00fa prefieras, las mismas galletas, separadas, troceadas, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta receta la tome de<\/strong> Cookpad, pero no recuerdo de quien era, y no la tengo en guardadas, <strong>al final me he guiado de la receta de<\/strong> Yolanda Zamora Rodriguez @yolfranma, <strong>adaptada a mi
