\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>250 g calabac\u00edn fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de papas o de <strong>bote cocidas<\/strong> de Ybarra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 huevos a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla chica fresca o <strong>congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de pechuga de pollo <strong>ya hecha de Bofrost congelado<\/strong> <strong>(1)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de leche o bebida de soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1)<\/strong> <strong>Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar<\/strong>, bandejas de tiras de pollo, pavo o pollo en taco de fiambre, t\u00fa eliges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico, los filetes de pollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una sarten grande<\/strong>, echamos un fondo de aceite de oliva, y le a\u00f1adimos la cebolla picada y el calabac\u00edn troceado, con un poco de sal y pimienta, dejar refre\u00edr unos 10 minutos, vigilar que no se queme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cueces<\/strong> las patatas, pelar y trocear. <strong>Yo utilice patatas cocidas de bote<\/strong>, las lave muy bien bajo el grifo, trocear a tu gusto, y a\u00f1adirlo a las verduras, mezclar y dejar unos 2 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong> los filetes de pollo en trozos peque\u00f1os, o lo que hayas elegido echarle, y lo a\u00f1ad\u00eds a la sarten, mezclar todo muy bien, dejar cocer unos 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si lo quieres m\u00e1s jugosos<\/strong> el revuelto, a\u00f1\u00e1dele un poco de leche o bebida de soja<strong>, bajar la temperatura al m\u00ednimo,<\/strong> en mi caso al 1 de 6 que tiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir <\/strong>los 5 huevos a temperatura ambiente, <strong>romper las yemas<\/strong>, y con mucho cuidado, ligar todo, hasta dejar cuajado a gusto de cada uno, probar de sal tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentar en plato llano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#x1f60a;Puedes
