De Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de ajo fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong> picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empezamos haciendo la vinagreta<\/strong>, echando todos los ingredientes en un vaso, y batir o emulsionar, con un batidor chico, o con lo que tengas.<strong> Probar <\/strong>y dejar a vuestro gusto. <strong>Reservar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar los garbanzos<\/strong> en un escurridor, y lavar muy bien bajo el grifo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego hacemos<\/strong> el Hummus de garbanzo, echando todos los ingredientes, en el vaso de la minipimer, o en el triturador, y mezclar todo muy bien<strong>, hasta dejar la textura deseada<\/strong>, probar para dejar a t\u00fa gusto, de sal, especias, etc<strong>. Reservar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Troceamos la lechuga<\/strong>, y la repartimos en los platos llanos, <strong>solo en la mitad<\/strong> del plato, le echamos encima los garbanzos cocidos, y la vinagreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En otro lado del plato<\/strong>, repartimos el salm\u00f3n ahumado, y el hummus de garbanzo, <strong>repartimos por encima<\/strong> de todo, las pipas de calabaza, o los frutos secos que quieras, <strong>ojo con las alergias a frutos secos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada de<\/strong> Cookpad de Toni Mart\u00edn @lacuinadenjamex,
