\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de pepinos (quitar las pepitas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de pan duro (optativo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 yogures naturales, Oikos, sin lactosa o 2 quesitos fresco S\/L<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinagre o zumo de lim\u00f3n y sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelar y Corta<\/strong>&nbsp;los pepinos por la mitad en cuatro trozos y le quitas la parte central de las pepitas, para que no se repita y el pan en trozos (optativo),&nbsp;<strong>si el pepino es de piel fina<\/strong>, puedes lavarlo y picarlo todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la jarra de la batidora, echar primero, los dos yogures, el ajo picado y la sal, batir e ir a\u00f1adiendo, poco a poco el pepino troceado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando este todo bien mezclado, a\u00f1adir el aceite y el vinagre, y volver a batir, hasta que emulsione, y no se vea nada del aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probar que tal est\u00e1, de cremoso, sal, etc. Luego lo echas en un t\u00e1per grande, y lo metes en el Frigor\u00edfico, para tomar fresquito, con picatostes, huevo cocido, tacos de jam\u00f3n, lo pones a t\u00fa gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo puedes presentar en cuencos individuales, o en vasos, para poder tomar en el trabajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a;Puede acompa\u00f1ar a
