patag\u00f3nico limpio <strong>de Mercadona<\/strong> o Bofrost Congelados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g almejas frescas o <strong>congeladas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de ajo y perejil troceado fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal y aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavamos<\/strong> muy bien los calamares, escurrir y<strong> poner a secar,<\/strong> entre papel de cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner una sarten<\/strong> a calentar, a\u00f1adir los calamares tal cual, rehogar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir <\/strong>un poco de aceite, el ajo y el perejil picado, y un poco de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> las almejas frescas o <strong>congeladas<\/strong>, tapar hasta que se abran,<strong> servir <\/strong>tal cual, o
