\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata grande de tomate triturado de Cidacos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Albahaca fresca o&nbsp;<strong>de bote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g alubias blancas cocidas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y bicarbonato (para la acidez)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picatostes tostados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un escurridor<\/strong>, echar las alubias blancas, y lavar muy bien con agua, y la albahaca tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner en una cacerola<\/strong>&nbsp;un poco de aceite de oliva, refre\u00edr la cebolla troceada, con un poco de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong>&nbsp;el tomate triturado, un poco de bicarbonato para la acidez, las alubias y la albahaca, mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando empiece a hervir,<\/strong>&nbsp;bajar al m\u00ednimo, en mi caso al 1, al ser del 1 al 6 la vitrocer\u00e1mica<strong>. tapar, para que no salpique<\/strong>, y dejar hacer durante unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes dejarlo tal cual<\/strong>, hasta la hora de comer,&nbsp;<strong>y en la misma cacerola<\/strong>, le pasas la Minipimer, hasta dejar una crema a tu gusto, probar si est\u00e1 bien de sal,&nbsp;<strong>tomar<\/strong>&nbsp;caliente o a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La puedes servir<\/strong>&nbsp;en plato hondo o cuenco, con picatoste
