\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de alitas enteras o<strong> partidas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el zumo de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de harina de trigo o de <strong>Ma\u00edz<\/strong> (optativo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja apta para el horno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja para <strong>macerar las alitas<\/strong> con tiempo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si tienes las alitas congeladas<\/strong> como yo, <strong>acu\u00e9rdate descongelarlas<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A primera hora<\/strong>, o lo antes posible, antes de hacerlas, colocar las alitas troceadas, con un poco de sal y zumo de lim\u00f3n, en una bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong>, con calor arriba y abajo, a 200\u00baC durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la bandeja apta para el horno<\/strong>, echar un poco de aceite y extenderlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasar las alitas por harina<\/strong> (optativo), y colocarlas en la fuente, sin pisarse unas con otras, echar un poco de aceite por encima, si tienes spray mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter la bandeja<\/strong> en la parte central del horno, y hacer a 200\u00baC durante 15 minutos, dar la vuelta y dejar otros 15 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si las quieres m\u00e1s doradas<\/strong>, como ya estar\u00e1n echas por dentro<strong>, puedes poner el modo gratinador,<\/strong> por arriba solo, y las doras a tu gusto, por los dos lados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> en plato llano, las alitas y el revuelto de setas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a;<strong>Esta vez las acompa\u00f1e con<\/strong> <strong>un<\/strong> <strong>Revuelto de Surtido de setas<\/strong>, ajo, sal y pimienta y un poco de aceite, con 3 huevos y un poco de leche o vegetal, para dejarlo m\u00e1s cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a;<strong>Si quieres hacerla en la Freidora de aire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar<\/strong>&nbsp;la Freidora de Aire, a 200\u00baC durante 3 o 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong>&nbsp;las alitas de pollo sin pisarse, elegir entre muslito y alita, si hace falta repetir en dos tandas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacer<\/strong>&nbsp;a 200\u00baC durante 10 minutos, dar la vuelta y si hace falta hacer otros 5 o 10 minutos,&nbsp;<strong>seg\u00fan las quieras de
