Lo hice a 150\u00baC durante 2 horas, pero creo que sali\u00f3 un poco seca la carne, <strong>la pr\u00f3xima vez lo hare durante 1h y 30 minutos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong>, y dejar enfriar, para poder cortarla mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir en plato llano<\/strong>, con un poco de salsa  o incluso en <strong>un t\u00e1per para
