\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I<strong>ngredientes para 10 pastelitos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 masa de hojaldre cuadrada o rectangular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 manzanas la que t\u00fa quieras o<strong> Golden<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de mantequilla o <strong>sin lactosa a punto de pomada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de az\u00facar moreno o <strong>Stevia \/ Eritritol<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuchara de canela molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo para <strong>pintar el hojaldre<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de az\u00facar y canela para rebozar o <strong>sirope de agave y Stevia\/Eritrito<\/strong>l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong>, con calor arriba y abajo, a 200\u00baC durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pela las manzanas<\/strong> y puedes rallarlas o pasar por la picadora, como hice yo, si hace falta de una en una.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ir echando<\/strong> la manzana en un t\u00e1per, a\u00f1adirle la mantequilla, el az\u00facar y la canela molida, mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extender<\/strong> la masa de hojaldre, en su mismo papel, en la bandeja de horno, repartir la mezcla de manzana, y extender bien, sin llegar al filo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enrollar el hojaldre<\/strong>, cerrar los filos muy bien, dar la vuelta para dejar el cierre para abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pinchar el hojaldre <\/strong>con un tenedor, pintar con huevo batido, y pasar el tenedor, hacia un lado y luego para el otro lado, quedando unos rombos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter la bandeja<\/strong> en la parte central, con calor arriba y abajo, a 200\u00baC durante unos 17 minutos, <strong>verificar que no se queme<\/strong>, cada horno es distinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong>, pintar con sirope de agave y un poco de canela molida, o por un poco de az\u00facar y canela, y <strong>dejar enfriar,<\/strong> para luego cortarlo en tri\u00e1ngulos, presentarlo cortado en una bandeja, o guardar en un t\u00e1per, para tomarlo poco a poco, en meriendas, desayuno, cuando tengas ganas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a; <strong>Con el huevo batido que te sobra<\/strong>, puedes hacer una tortilla a la plancha, para ti o para tus perras, como hago yo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong> Receta tomada de Instagram de<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/la_cocina_de_isacn\"><strong>la_cocina_de_isacn<\/strong><\/a>, adaptada a mi gusto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1
