\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 1,500 kg de tomate frito<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 kg tomates maduros<\/strong> o 1 lata tomate grande triturado o entero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 zanahoria, <strong>baby<\/strong> o rallada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ajo, sal y <strong>bicarbonato sodio<\/strong> (az\u00facar o Eritritol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco  de Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pastilla de carne o de <strong>verdura<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La verdura<\/strong>, menos los tomates pueden ser troceados y&nbsp;<strong>congelados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la olla expr\u00e9s<\/strong>, echar un poco de aceite de oliva, y las verduras troceadas fresca o congelada, <strong>menos el tomate<\/strong>, con un poco de sal, y dejar sofre\u00edr las verduras bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar muy bien los tomate<\/strong>, partir en cuartos, y a\u00f1adirlo a las verduras, con una pastilla de carne o de<strong> verdura<\/strong>, y un poco de bicarbonato sodio, para quitar la acidez, mejor que el az\u00facar, que lo endulza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mesclar todo muy bien,<\/strong> no hace falta echarle agua, porque el tomate suelta agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cerrar la olla<\/strong> y subir la temperatura al m\u00e1ximo, en el m\u00edo es del 1 al 6, y  cuando empiece a echar vapor, bajar a la mitad en mi caso el 3, y dejar echando vapor suave durante unos 15 o 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si no tienes prisa<\/strong>, dejar enfriar, hasta que se pueda abrir la olla, y con el brazo de la Minipimer, batir muy bien, probar si esta bien de sal, y de liquido o espesa, <strong>rectificando si hace falta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego suelo repartirlo<\/strong> en botes de cristal, de varios tama\u00f1os, como 400 g. 200 g. o 100 g.  seg\u00fan lo quiera utilizar, para otras recetas, y <strong>congelarlos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc; <strong>Tengo la misma receta en la olla normal.<\/strong> <a
