Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 <strong>vaporera<\/strong> para Microondas o plato con rejilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de perejil fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de salsa casera o <strong>de bote<\/strong> salsa t\u00e1rtara\/mayonesa, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> 4 vasitos de queso fresco normal o<strong> sin lactosa (acompa\u00f1ar)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 paquete de Dulce de membrillo normal o <strong>sin az\u00facar (acompa\u00f1ar)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior los Lomos de merluza, en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un poco antes de comer<\/strong>, coger de la vaporera la bandeja con agujeros, repartir los lomos de merluzas con un poco de sal, por ambos lados, algunos como los de Hacendado, suelen venir con la piel por debajo, otro no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en el plato<\/strong> un poco de agua, colocar encima la otra bandeja con los lomos, y tapar, para hacerlo al Microondas al vapor, en el m\u00edo que de 5 (700 w), <strong>lo hice en el numero 3, durante 5 minutos<\/strong>, verificar que est\u00e1 bien hecho por dentro, y se separa bien las lascas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentar en plato llano<\/strong>, con perejil por encima, y en un lado, la salsa que hayas elegido para acompa\u00f1ar, yo suelo ponerle, la Salsa T\u00e1rtara de la marca Calv\u00e9, esta muy buena, y muy suave, antes compraba la de Hacendado, pero hace tiempo que no la veo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a; <strong>Esta vez lo acompa\u00f1e<\/strong>, con queso fresco sin lactosa e individual, y dulce de membrillo sin az\u00facar, pero puedes utilizar el que te guste o puedas comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc; <a
