\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 <strong>base de Piadina <\/strong>o 8 tortillas mexicanas de trigo o integral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. de carne picada de <strong>Pollo<\/strong>\/Pavo \u00f3 Ternera\/Cerdo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. de nata liquida para cocinar o <strong>crema de soja de Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. queso rallado para pasta normal o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal, aceite de oliva y pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 acompa\u00f1adas hoy de<strong> Berenjenas salteadas<\/strong> (receta abajo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una sart\u00e9n de 24 c<\/strong>m, se echa un poco de aceite y la carne picada y se refr\u00ede sin dejar de mover, para que no se pegue y quede lo m\u00e1s suelta posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s se le a\u00f1ade<\/strong> la nata liquida, sal y pimienta, se baja la temperatura al m\u00ednimo, dej\u00e1ndolo cocer removi\u00e9ndolo de vez en cuando, durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se le a\u00f1ade<\/strong> el queso rallado, removi\u00e9ndolo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las Piadina<\/strong> o tortillas mexicanas se rellenan en el centro, las tortillas, son m\u00e1s secas, puedes ponerlas en el Microondas, unos segundos, para poder manejarlas mejor, luego cierras los lados y la envuelves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La haces en una sarten<\/strong> antiadherente, para dorarla un poco por fuera, por las dos caras, y se  emplata <strong>una Piadina<\/strong> o dos tortillas
