de Pur\u00e9 de patatas <strong>Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml de leche o <strong>bebida de soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdita de sal <strong>\/ probar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 o 4 cda. de mantequilla normal o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 puedes hacerlo en cacerola o <strong>al Microondas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacerlo justo a la hora de comer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cuenco de cristal con tapa<\/strong>, echar el agua, la bebida de soja, la sal, la mantequilla y el paquete de pur\u00e9, mezclar muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el Microondas<\/strong>, y hacerlo durante unos 5 o 6 minutos, en el n\u00famero 3 de 5 que tiene el m\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar, y mezclar muy bie<\/strong>n, principalmente los filos, y emplatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta vez lo acompa\u00f1e de <\/strong><a
