\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>250 g carne picada de pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 g sofrito \/\u00a0<strong>cebolla, ajo, pimiento y tomate<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 de agua y 1 pastilla de caldo de pollo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g arroz o <strong>integral <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita or\u00e9gano seco&nbsp;<strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita colorante alimentario\u00a0<strong>(azafr\u00e1n)<\/strong> Optativo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g calabaza pelada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva y sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hoy lo he acompa\u00f1ado de <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 queso de cabra al microondas, con miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 crepe de jam\u00f3n y queso en Airfryer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ponemos una cacerola<\/strong> con un poco de aceite, y echamos el sofrito (cebolla, pimiento, tomate y ajos picados) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mientras cortamos<\/strong>&nbsp;la calabaza en taquitos peque\u00f1os, y se pone con el sofrito,&nbsp;<strong>al no estar cocida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando toda la verdura<\/strong>\u00a0esta sofrita, se le a\u00f1ade\u00a0<strong>la carne picada<\/strong>\u00a0con un poco de sal, se mezcla todo muy bien,\u00a0<strong>hasta que cambie de color.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se le a\u00f1ade<\/strong>\u00a0el agua y la pastilla de caldo de pollo, y dejar cocer unos 15 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adimos el arroz<\/strong>, mezclar muy bien, y\u00a0<strong>a\u00f1adir el azafr\u00e1n<\/strong>\u00a0(optativo) y volver a mezclar otra vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir el triple de agua<\/strong>&nbsp;de la medida de arroz&nbsp;<strong>al ser integral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar cocer<\/strong>&nbsp;a fuego fuerte un minuto y&nbsp;<strong>bajar la temperatura<\/strong>&nbsp;al m\u00ednimo (1 de 6), dejar cocer 35 minutos,&nbsp;<strong>removiendo<\/strong>&nbsp;de vez en cuando, para que no se pegue,&nbsp;<strong>probar<\/strong>&nbsp;que tal est\u00e1 de sal y si necesita&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s agua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir caliente en plato hondo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de otra
