As\u00ed que hay que acordarse de descongelar el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo primero que hay que hacer,<\/strong> es echarle sal y pimienta, y pasarlo por la harina, echar un fondo de aceite en una olla grande, y dorar los ossobuco, por los dos sitios, y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E<strong>n el mismo aceite,<\/strong> o si hace falta echar m\u00e1s, hacer las cebolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando este blanca la cebolla<\/strong>, a\u00f1adir los ossobuco, y echarle el vino blanco, y dejar uno 7 o 10 minutos, hasta que evapore el alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir <\/strong>el agua y las dos pastillas de carne, o si tienes caldo casero, mucho mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bajar la temperatura<\/strong>, y dejar cocer a fuego lento, durante unos 30 minutos, dar la vuelta y dejar otros 20 minutos m\u00e1s, <strong>siempre vigilando<\/strong>, que tiene caldo, y no se pegue, como me paso a mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes cocer <\/strong>arroz blanco o integral, o como hice yo, que utilice, <strong>dos sobres de arroz integral congelado<\/strong>, lo hice en el Microondas, como indica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar<\/strong> en plato llano, el ossobuco, con el arroz integral, y la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de<\/strong> Cookpad de Cuqui Bastida
