class=\"wp-element-caption\">Pendiente ali\u00f1ar al gusto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de pasta tipo <strong>pajarita vegetal de Gallo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 g de tiras de pollo natural o <strong>pechuga de pollo<\/strong> horneada de Bofrost Congelados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de 1 bote de 425 g de <strong>remolacha en tiras<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de 1 bote de 425 g de <strong>zanahorias en tiras<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 de 1 bote de 275 g de<strong> brotes germinados<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de ma\u00edz dulce <strong>congelado<\/strong> o de lata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal, aceite, etc. <strong>ali\u00f1ar al gusto<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar el d\u00eda anterior,<\/strong> la pechuga de pollo y el ma\u00edz dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cocer la pasta<\/strong> en un litro de agua, el tiempo que indica el paquete. <strong>Pasar a un escurridor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> la pasta en tres platos llanos, o <strong>dos platos y un t\u00e1per en mi caso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> por encima, el ma\u00edz dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego la cantidad<\/strong> que indico en ingredientes de los 3 botes, escurridos muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por ultimo<\/strong>, repartir el pollo en tiras o si es <strong>pechuga, trocearla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar tal cual<\/strong>, y que cada uno se lo ali\u00f1e, seg\u00fan prefieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tomar a temperatura ambiente<\/strong>, o si lo prefieres m\u00e1s fresquita, meter en el frigor\u00edfico, hasta la hora de comer, para eso
