\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de tomates maduros o <strong>1 lata de 400 g triturado de Cidacos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g de sand\u00eda sin pepitas, ni corteza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de pan (opcional) <strong>No suelo poner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g o 100 g de aceite de oliva, <strong>al gusto<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g de sal, <strong>al gust<\/strong>o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de Vinagre de jerez o <strong>manzana al gusto<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unos taquitos de jam\u00f3n, huevo duro, picatostes, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes hacerlo<\/strong> con el brazo de la Minipimer, <strong>Jarra de la batidora<\/strong>, o el procesador que tengas, tu eliges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> en la jarra de la batidora, el tomate, aceite, ajo, vinagre y sal, batir muy bien, hasta que emulsione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La sandia<\/strong>, pelarla, quitar las pepitas que tenga, trocear lo m\u00e1s chico posible, <strong>y a\u00f1adir a la jarra poco a poco,<\/strong> ir bati\u00e9ndolo y echando el resto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probar<\/strong> y dejar al gusto de cada uno, despu\u00e9s de reposar unas horas en el frigor\u00edfico, suele espesar un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salen para 4 raciones<\/strong>, hoy he repartido en 3 cuencos, y un t\u00e1per para llevar, o para otro d\u00eda, meter en el frigor\u00edfico, y tomar fresquito, al gusto de cada uno, con picatostes tostados, huevo duro y taquitos de jam\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f60a;<strong>Esta vez lo acompa\u00f1e con<\/strong> Carpaccio de ternera y<strong> ten\u00eda restos de Pollo con tomate<\/strong>, le a\u00f1ad\u00ed unos fideos, y hice una sopa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de otra m\u00eda<\/strong>, que tengo en el blog del a\u00f1o
