<strong>bandeja<\/strong>, tapete de silicona o papel de horno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estos filetes de merluza<\/strong>, vienen, pre-fritos y congelados, de la marca Bofrost Congelados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Est\u00e1n ali\u00f1ados<\/strong>, y empanado solo por debajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong> a 200\u00baC durante unos 15 minutos, colocar los filetes con el empanado para abajo, en una bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacerlo a<\/strong> 200\u00baC durante unos 18 minutos, vigilar cada horno es distinto, no hace falta dar la
