1 pastilla de verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cebolla y medio pimiento rojo <strong>congelado<\/strong> o fresco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 bolsa de<strong> zanahoria rallada<\/strong> o una zanahoria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1  bote chico de <strong>corazones de alcachofa de Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un recipiente alto de cristal,<\/strong> echamos un fondo de aceite de oliva, las verduras picadas, menos las alcachofas, las dos bolsas de arroz integral congeladas, mezclar todo muy bien y tapar, hacer en el Microondas, a m\u00e1xima potencia durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> un vaso de agua con una pastilla de verdura desmenuzada, mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> por encima los corazones de alcachofas, que ya est\u00e1n cocidos, meter en el microondas otros 5 minutos, para templarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opcional.<\/strong> Tanto el agua con la pastilla, con los corazones de alcachofas, puedes trocearlos y echarlo al principio, y<strong> hacer todo junto y mezclado<\/strong>, durante unos 15 o 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir<\/strong> en plato llano o hondo, seg\u00fan prefieras, con las alcachofas por
