\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para medio kg de aceitunas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para quitar el amargos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 litro de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de sal gruesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para el ali\u00f1o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 kg aceitunas con hueso <strong>(recogida en un \u00e1rbol del parque)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n de la Vera dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dientes ajo entero y aplastado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de romero o <strong>fresco<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de tomillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 hoja laurel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vaso agua <strong>o m\u00e1s<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de sal gruesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 vaso aceite virgen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo primero <\/strong>que hay que hacer, es lavarlas muy bien con agua, si quieres la puedes rajar o machacar, yo no lo hice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> en un t\u00e1per la sal gorda y el agua, calentar en el microondas, o en un cazo, para <strong>disolver bien la sal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el t\u00e1per<\/strong>, echar las aceitunas, con el agua y la sal disuelta, tapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Todos los d\u00edas<\/strong>, durante unos 15 d\u00edas o un mes, le tiras el agua, y vuelve a echarle agua con sal gorda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ve prob\u00e1ndola<\/strong> hasta que este a t\u00fa gusto, <strong>yo la deje solo 15 d\u00edas<\/strong>, porque me gustan amargas un poco, pero si no la dejas m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando est\u00e9n listas<\/strong>, las lavas muy bien, y <strong>en el mismo cacharro<\/strong>, las pones con todos los ingredientes, de la <strong>lista de ali\u00f1ar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar muy bien<\/strong>, procura que este cubierta bien con el liquido, <strong>tapar y guardar en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>, puedes ir tom\u00e1ndolas al d\u00eda siguiente o <strong>dejar unos d\u00eda que coja el ali\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo todos los d\u00edas<\/strong>, como controlo el picoteo, sacaba unas 6 aceitunas, <strong>porque no me gustan fr\u00edas,<\/strong> y me las com\u00edas, estaban un poco amargas, para mi gusto est\u00e1n bien, pero el resto de la familia, no le gusta amargas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de como ali\u00f1ar de Cookpad <\/strong>de M.Jose @cook_1106572, <strong>adaptada a mi gusto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
