\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 <strong>bandeja de medallones<\/strong> de solomillos o un solomillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bote de papas cocidas <strong>de Ybarra<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g de tomate frito <strong>casero<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 vaso de agua y 1 cucharadas de maicena <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar el solomillo o si son medallones<\/strong>, marcar en una sarten con un poco de aceite, por los dos lados, solo que cambien de color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar las patatas en un escurridor<\/strong> y lavar muy bien, echar sobre el solomillo y a\u00f1adir el tomate frito casero,<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/salsa-de-tomate-frito-casero-con-verdura-en-olla-expres\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/salsa-de-tomate-frito-casero-con-verdura-en-olla-expres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">os dejo el enlace a mi receta.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si ves que esta muy liquido el tomate<\/strong>, puedes a\u00f1adir medio vaso de agua, <strong>donde previamente<\/strong>, habr\u00e1s disuelto una cucharada de maicena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar todo muy bien<\/strong>, cuando empiece a hervir, bajar al m\u00ednimo y tapar para dejar cocer unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar en plato
