\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 o 8 pastelitos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 masa de hojaldre rectangular de Buitoni o <strong>Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de az\u00facar o <strong>Eritritol<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de canela en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 o 50 pasas <strong>seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de agua <strong>para remojar las pasas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo batido o<strong> leche para pintar el hojaldre<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de Almendras laminadas o <strong>en tiras para decorar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tapete de silicona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner las pasas en remojo con agua,<\/strong> durante unas horas, luego pasar a un colador y secar con papel de cocina, si son muy grandes <strong>cortar por la mitad o m\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong> con calor arriba y abajo a 220 grados durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suelo poner debajo<\/strong> un tapete de silicona. <strong>Extender la masa<\/strong> de hojaldre sobre su mismo papel, <strong>repartir por encima<\/strong> un poco de az\u00facar o Eritritol, la canela molida y por ultimo las pasas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con la ayuda del papel<\/strong>, ir doblando el hojaldre con el ancho que tu quieras, hacer unos pellizquitos al cierre, y poner para abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pintar el hojaldre<\/strong> con huevo batido o <strong>leche<\/strong>, echar un poquito de az\u00facar o Eritritol y marcar el hojaldre <strong>haciendo tri\u00e1ngulos<\/strong>, repartir por encima almendras laminadas o <strong>en tiras crudas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mojar con agua el papel <\/strong>para que no se queme tanto, y doblar hasta llegar casi al hojaldre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el centro del horno<\/strong>, y hacerlo a 220 grados durante unos 15 o 20 minutos, vigilar que no se queme, <strong>si ya esta dorado por abajo<\/strong>, puedes gratinar por encima, durante un minuto, <strong>sin quitar la vista o se quema.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong> y dejar enfriar un poco y pasar a una rejilla, cuando este bien fr\u00edo pasar a una bandeja de presentaci\u00f3n,<strong> entero o cortado en tri\u00e1ngulos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego puedes guardarlo<\/strong> en un t\u00e1per en el frigor\u00edfico y tomar poco a poco, aunque vuelan de lo bueno que est\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Tomado de otra receta m\u00eda
