\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 porcione<\/strong>s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 pl\u00e1tanos maduritos fresco o<strong> congelados<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de chocolate <strong>postres de Valor<\/strong> o el que t\u00fa prefieras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 <strong>vasitos bajos de cristal<\/strong> o vaso, copas, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de <strong>prote\u00edna de cacahuete en polvo<\/strong> de Hacendado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 o 2 cucharadas de<strong> Eritritol<\/strong> o az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando tengo pl\u00e1tanos maduritos<\/strong> y no los voy a utilizar, los troceos en rodajitas y los congelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En este caso,<\/strong> hay que descongelar los platos el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al descongelarlos<\/strong>, est\u00e1n muy blanditos, puedes terminar de desmenuzar con un tenedor o batidora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le a\u00f1ades<\/strong> 2 cucharadas de prote\u00edna de cacahuete en polvo y 1 o 2 cucharadas de Eritritol o az\u00facar, <strong>sin la prote\u00edna no hace falta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Troceas el chocolate<\/strong>, y se lo a\u00f1ades a la mezcla y calentar en el Microondas en 30 segundos, hasta que este bien derretido y <strong>mezclarlo bien.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego repartirlo<\/strong> en los vasitos utilizando un medidor de helado, <strong>echar<\/strong> por encima un poco del polvo de cacahuete, o lo que prefieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong> y tomar fresquito o a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de otra m\u00eda, pero sin prote\u00edna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
