\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 o 8 raciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 litro de <strong>bebida de soja<\/strong> o leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre de natillas <strong>de Carmencita<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>medio sobre<\/strong> de canela en polvo de Carmencita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas <strong>de Eritritol<\/strong> o az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 galletas Mar\u00eda <strong>cero az\u00facar<\/strong> o normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 o 8 vasitos de postre, <strong>t\u00e1per<\/strong> o copas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un medidor<\/strong>, echar unos 200 ml de la bebida de soja, <strong>y el resto en un cazo<\/strong> y poner a calentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el medidor,<\/strong> a\u00f1adir el sobre de natillas y las dos cucharadas de Eritritol, <strong>mezclar muy bien<\/strong> con un batidor manual o lo que tengas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando empiece a humear<\/strong> la bebida de soja del cazo, <strong>a\u00f1adir<\/strong> la mezcla del medidor, y no dejar de mover hasta que empiece a hervir y este espeso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir en 6 <\/strong>o 8 raciones, colocar encima una galleta y echar la canela en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar y dejar enfriar<\/strong> un poco, para meterlo en el frigor\u00edfico y dejar enfriar
