\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 raciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>300 g. de fresas congeladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 pl\u00e1tanos <strong>maduritos<\/strong> o congelados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2<\/strong> o 3  yogur griego <strong>natural de Danone<\/strong> o queso de untar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> o 2 cda, de prote\u00edna de <strong>avena sabor chocolate <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cda. de <strong>Eritritol <\/strong>o az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> en el frigor\u00edfico las fresas y el pl\u00e1tano, <strong>si no es fresco<\/strong>, un poco antes de hacerlo, para que <strong>no este tan duro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> en la jarra de la batidora, todos los ingredientes, <strong>y batir<\/strong> hasta dejar una crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probar <\/strong>si esta bien de sabor, y <strong>repartir<\/strong> en seis vasos, <strong>t\u00e1per<\/strong>, copas, o lo que tengas, y meter en el frigor\u00edfico <strong>para tomar fresquito<\/strong> o en el congelador, en este caso <strong>sacar unos 15 o 20 minutos,<\/strong> para tomarlo m\u00e1s blando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes hacerlo para una raci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cookpad.com\/es\/recetas\/24650369\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cookpad.com\/es\/recetas\/24650369\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">como en la receta original<\/a>, y tomarlo en el momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes cambiar<\/strong> los yogures por queso de untar, y <strong>utilizar la prote\u00edna<\/strong> del sabor que tengas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de Cookpad<\/strong> de Ana\u00efs
