raciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 yogur (leche entera, desnatada,&nbsp;<strong>soja<\/strong>)<\/li><li><strong>\u00bd L<\/strong>&nbsp;(leche entera, desnatada,&nbsp;<strong>soja<\/strong>) normal o <strong>de chocolate<\/strong><\/li><li>Az\u00facar o&nbsp;<strong>stevia en polvo<\/strong>&nbsp;al gusto (probarlo)<\/li><li><strong>1 bote<\/strong>&nbsp;de cristal con tapa&nbsp;<strong>de 3\/4 L<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sirope de chocolate<\/li><li>Yogurtera de un vaso<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>E<strong>n el bote de cristal<\/strong>, echamos un poco de leche, el yogur, el az\u00facar o\nstevia y el sirope de chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Batir<\/strong>&nbsp;muy bien&nbsp;<strong>con la\nminipimer<\/strong>, para que coja aire.&nbsp;<strong>Esta es la diferencia<\/strong>&nbsp;de un yogur normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terminar&nbsp;<\/strong>de llenar con la leche el bote, ligar todo con una cuchara,&nbsp;<strong>probar<\/strong>&nbsp;para dejar al gusto de az\u00facar y sirope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Encender<\/strong>&nbsp;la yogurtera, meter el bote tapado, y la\nyogurtera tambi\u00e9n y dejar&nbsp;<strong>durante 8 h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasado ese tiempo<\/strong>, sacar el bote de la yogurtera, y&nbsp;<strong>dejar enfriar una hora<\/strong>, se vera, que&nbsp;<strong>se separa\nel liquido<\/strong>&nbsp;en el fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasado ese tiempo<\/strong>, meter el bote en el frigor\u00edfico 12 h.&nbsp;<strong>a la \u00bd de tiempo<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>pasar al\nvaso de escurrir<\/strong>&nbsp;de la yogurtera,&nbsp;<strong>hasta que\npasen las 12 h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong>&nbsp;en un bote o individual, el yogur,\ncrema.
