\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para unas 18 bolitas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>125 g de coco rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 yogur de 125 g cada uno <strong>de coco <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de chocolate<strong> postre<\/strong> Valor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite de oliva <strong>para el chocolate<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de <strong>Eritritol<\/strong> o az\u00facar <strong>si quieres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol<\/strong> echar el coco rallado, a\u00f1adir los dos yogures, y mezclar muy bien, <strong>si lo quieres endulza<\/strong>r puedes echarle un poco de Eritritol o az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar reposar<\/strong> en el frigor\u00edfico una hora o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coger porciones<\/strong> para hacer bolitas peque\u00f1as, colocar en una bandeja y <strong>meter en el congelador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando est\u00e9n congeladas<\/strong>, prepara el ba\u00f1o de chocolate, cortando el chocolate en trozos peque\u00f1os y <strong>calentar en el Microondas<\/strong> de 30 en 30 segundos, cuando este derretido, a\u00f1adir un poco de aceite y mezclar muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar las bolas del congelador,<\/strong> e ir pasando por el chocolate y dejar en la fuente, <strong>meter en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong> hasta que el chocolate endurezca, y <strong>listas para comer<\/strong>, presentar en una bandeja o guardar en un t\u00e1per en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<strong>Receta tomada de<\/strong> Gema Mar\u00edn en un Shorts, donde no dec\u00eda nada de congelarlas y las primeras salieron regular, <strong>as\u00ed que decid\u00ed congelarlas<\/strong> y as\u00ed se manejan mejor. <strong>Tambi\u00e9n las adapte a mi gusto en cantidades.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4dc;<a
