\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 botes de unos 350 gramos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1.100 kg de tomate <strong>de pera<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vaso de agua <strong>o menos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jarra de la batidora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> muy bien los tomates, <strong>cortar en rodajas<\/strong> y luego en tacos, <strong>quitando<\/strong> la parte dura y verde de arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en la jarra<\/strong> de la batidora poco a poco,<strong> ir batiendo por tandas<\/strong>, si hace falta a\u00f1adir un poco de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasar<\/strong> a unos botes de cristal con tapa, etiquetar y <strong>congelar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda que lo necesite, para usar directamente<strong>, o a\u00f1adir a un refrito<\/strong> de verduras, y hacer a fuego lento hasta reducir a tu gusto o seg\u00fan la receta.
