{"id":2458,"date":"2020-02-25T18:33:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T17:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/?p=2458"},"modified":"2024-09-30T20:37:12","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T18:37:12","slug":"chocos-al-horno-o-a-la-barbacoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/chocos-al-horno-o-a-la-barbacoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocos al horno o a la barbacoa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Chocos al horno o a la barbacoa\" class=\"wp-image-2462\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno-768x575.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno-1024x767.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Choco-grande-al-horno-401x300.jpg 401w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 chocos limpios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa alioli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa de mayonesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Precalentamos<\/strong> el horno a 200\u00baC durante 18 minutos, con calor arriba y abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparamos los chocos<\/strong>, lav\u00e1ndolo muy bien bajo el grifo. <strong>Separamos<\/strong> los tent\u00e1culo del cuerpo y <strong>quitamos<\/strong> las aletas del cuerpo y todo lo que este duro del cuerpo, dej\u00e1ndolo lo m\u00e1s limpio posible. <strong>Todo esto<\/strong> se puede guardar en una bolsa y congelar para hacer un caldo o guiso.  <strong>Los tent\u00e1culos<\/strong>, se dejan enteros, quit\u00e1ndole la parte trasera que es m\u00e1s dura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al cuerpo del choco<\/strong>, le hacemos unos cortes <strong>con las tijeras<\/strong> alrededor del cuerpo, para que no se encoja. <strong>Con el cuchillo<\/strong> hacemos un enrejado al cuerpo por la parte de dentro, como se ve en la foto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ponemos papel vegetal<\/strong> en la bandeja de horno, y colocamos los chocos, pincel\u00e1ndolos con un poco de aceite por ambos lados, <strong>dejando<\/strong> la parte de dentro <strong>hacia abajo<\/strong>, hacemos lo mismo con los tent\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan la foto<\/strong>, la primera vez que lo hice, lo puse sobre la rejilla del horno, dejando abajo la otra bandeja, <strong>pero se puede hacer de las dos formas<\/strong>, t\u00fa eliges. Salen buenos de las dos formas y directamente en la bandeja con papel vegetal, no ensucia tanto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metemos<\/strong> la bandeja en el horno a 200\u00baC durante 20 minutos, <strong>hasta que pasa de transl\u00facido a blanco<\/strong>, y ya est\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir caliente<\/strong> en una fuente o repartirlo por comensales, <strong>acompa\u00f1ado<\/strong> de salsa alioli y mayonesa, <strong>que cada uno se eche<\/strong> la que m\u00e1s le guste, o combinar las dos, <strong>para que el alioli este m\u00e1s suave<\/strong>, como suelo hacer yo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este mismo sistema de preparaci\u00f3n, sirve para hacerlo sobre la rejilla o plancha de una barbacoa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
