\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 berenjena grande<\/li><li>Sal y aceite de oliva<\/li><li>8 loncha de queso normal, o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li><li>8 lonchas de pavo<\/li><li>8 crepes <strong>congelados<\/strong> <strong>Hacendado<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> con tiempo los crepes, para poder manipularlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar<\/strong>&nbsp;el horno 200\u00ba<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong>&nbsp;las berenjenas por la mitad , hacer rajitas, echar un poco de sal y aceite, y asar al horno 30&#8242; tapadas con papel de aluminio o <strong>al microondas <\/strong>15&#8242; tapadas tambi\u00e9n,  o hasta que se separe la carne de la piel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar<\/strong> templar un poco, y con ayuda de una cuchara, <strong>sacar la carne <\/strong>de la berenjena, terminar de picar con el cuchillo o tijeras muy bien, <strong>rectificar de sal<\/strong> si es necesario. <strong>Reservar<\/strong> repartiendo luego en <strong>ocho porciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rellena<\/strong>&nbsp;los crepes, con una loncha de pavo, otra de queso y de berenjena. <strong>Enrollarlos <\/strong>y colocar en una bandeja de horno con un poco de aceite por encima, si hace falta y est\u00e1n muy secos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong>&nbsp;a 200\u00ba durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir<\/strong>&nbsp;2 crepes por personas .\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-layout-flex
