{"id":2608,"date":"2020-03-27T21:35:49","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T20:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/?p=2608"},"modified":"2020-03-27T21:35:50","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T20:35:50","slug":"churros-caseros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/churros-caseros\/","title":{"rendered":"Churros caseros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Churros caseros\" class=\"wp-image-2612\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1-768x575.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1-1024x767.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Churros-caseros-1-401x300.jpg 401w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 \u00f3 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>250 de harina de trigo<\/li><li>Misma medida de agua<\/li><li>Un poco de sal<\/li><li>Aceite para fre\u00edr <\/li><li>Chocolate a la taza en polvo<\/li><li>leche o bebida de soja<\/li><li>o az\u00facar para rebozarlos <\/li><li>Churrera o manga pastelera<\/li><li>Film transparente<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan dicen<\/strong> puedes hacer la medida en un vaso o taza de harina y la misma medida de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cazo<\/strong> pones el agua con sal y <strong>cuando empiece a hervir<\/strong>, se le echa la harina de golpe, y remover con una cuchara de madera, hasta que se <strong>despegue de las paredes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar enfriar<\/strong> la masa hasta que puedas manejarla, <strong>yo la eche en un papel film<\/strong> y lo enrolle lo m\u00e1s fino posible, para facilitar luego <strong>meterlo en<\/strong> la churrera que tengo de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego la met\u00ed<\/strong> en la churrera en <strong>varias tandas<\/strong>, hice los churros sobre <strong>una bandeja<\/strong> y las met\u00eda en <strong>el congelador<\/strong>, cuando estaban congelados, los <strong>pase a una bolsa<\/strong>, as\u00ed hasta que termine toda la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s solo<\/strong> tienes que calentar aceite, <strong>yo utilic\u00e9 freidora<\/strong>, y echar los churros congelados, hasta que <strong>se doren por fuera<\/strong> y \u00a0los sacamos sobre <strong>papel de cocina<\/strong> y listo para tomar con az\u00facar o mojado como yo en chocolate casero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo prefiero<\/strong> los churros m\u00e1s gorditos, y la boquilla de mi churrera salen muy finos, pero por lo dem\u00e1s <strong>estaban muy buenos y crujientes<\/strong>. Viene otra boca roja, no s\u00e9 si esa ser\u00e1 mejor, si la pruebo subir\u00e9 foto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si no tienes churrera<\/strong> dicen que puedes hacerlo con <strong>una manga pastelera<\/strong>, yo es la primera vez que los hago y con una churrera b\u00e1sica, as\u00ed que no os puedo decir <strong>que tal va en la manga pastelera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ten cuidado<\/strong> dicen que si cogen aire, <strong>pueden saltar<\/strong> al fre\u00edrlos, en mi caso <strong>no tuve problemas<\/strong>.
