class=\"blocks-gallery-item__caption\">Ingredientes<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para un pan de molde rectangular<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 g harina de espelta integral<\/li><li>7 g levadura seca de panader\u00eda<\/li><li>un poco de mezcla de semillas<\/li><li>10 g de sal<\/li><li>400 ml agua templada<\/li><li>2 cucharaditas de az\u00facar<\/li><li>Papel de horno<\/li><li>Molde rectangular<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de reposo depende de la&nbsp;<strong>temperatura en ese momento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un medidor<\/strong>&nbsp;echar el agua y templar en el Microondas, se sabe que esta templada cuando metes un dedo y no quema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llenar un vaso<\/strong>&nbsp;con 1\/3 de esa agua y reservar el resto.&nbsp;<strong>Al vaso le a\u00f1ades<\/strong>&nbsp;el az\u00facar y la levadura, mezclar muy bien y dejar&nbsp;<strong>reposar hasta que suba<\/strong>&nbsp;hasta el borde del vaso. Seg\u00fan la receta entre 5 y 10 minutos, a mi me subi\u00f3 antes pues era verano y hacia 40\u00baC, as\u00ed que vigilar y no te conf\u00edes del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol<\/strong>, echamos la harina, la sal, y las mezcla de semillas al gusto y mesclar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le a\u00f1adimos<\/strong>&nbsp;el contenido del vaso, una vez fermentado y lo mezclamos con la harina, y le vamos a\u00f1adiendo el resto de agua, y mezclando bien, echando toda si la admite. Yo suelo mezclarlo&nbsp;<strong>con el brazo amasador<\/strong>&nbsp;unos 5 minutos, hasta que se despega del bol. Sino pasas la masa a una encimera y la amasas unos 3 minutos hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coger un molde <\/strong>rectangular y forrar con papel de horno, echar en el fondo un poco de harina y <strong>echar la masa<\/strong> si quieres puedes echarle mezcla semillas por encima, <strong>eso es optativo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar el molde<\/strong> con un pa\u00f1o y dejar reposar hasta que <strong>suba la masa<\/strong> hasta el borde del molde, seg\u00fan la temperatura, puede tardar, 1 hora o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una vez doble el volumen<\/strong>, calentar el horno a 220\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo.
