\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>150 g de chocolate para fundir o <strong>sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li><li>400 ml de leche o <strong>soja<\/strong><\/li><li>200 ml de nata o <strong>crema de soja<\/strong><\/li><li>16 g az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a o<strong> Stevia liquida<\/strong><\/li><li>1 cucharadita de Maizena<\/li><li>1 sobre de cuajada<\/li><li>6 vasitos chicos de cristal<\/li><li>nata en spray normal o sin lactosa (optativo)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> leche en \u00bd vaso y reservar, el resto <strong>ponerlo a calentar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el vaso<\/strong> echamos el sobre de cuajada y la Maizena, <strong>mezclar<\/strong> muy bien, si hace falta <strong>batir<\/strong> para quitar los grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Troceamos<\/strong> el chocolate lo m\u00e1s chico posible, y cuando la leche empieza a humear, <strong>se le a\u00f1ade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con un batidor<\/strong> se disuelve bien el chocolate, y le <strong>a\u00f1adimos<\/strong> el az\u00facar o <strong>Stevia<\/strong> y la nata o <strong>crema de soja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remover<\/strong> todo muy bien, hasta que empiece a hervir, y le <strong>a\u00f1adimos<\/strong> el vaso con la cuajada y la Maizena, dejar que vuelva a <strong>hervir y espese<\/strong> un poquito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quitar<\/strong> del fuego y batir en\u00e9rgicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tener<\/strong> preparado los vasitos y <strong>repartir<\/strong> en ellos el chocolate. <strong>Yo utilice <\/strong>vasitos de cristal de Danone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar<\/strong> con papel de <strong>aluminio<\/strong>, sino tienen tapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando se enfr\u00eden<\/strong> un poco, se puede meter en el frigor\u00edfico para que termine de enfriar y cuajar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si quieres<\/strong> puedes tomarlo tal cual o con un poco de nata en spray normal o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada de<\/strong> Fini Bautista Angulo en<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
