\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 5 \u00f3 6 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 tableta de turr\u00f3n de almendra normal o <strong>sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li><li>400 ml de leche o&nbsp;<strong>soja<\/strong><\/li><li>200 ml de nata o&nbsp;<strong>crema de soja<\/strong><\/li><li>16 g az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a o<strong>&nbsp;Stevia liquida<\/strong><\/li><li>1 cucharadita de Maizena<\/li><li>1 sobre de cuajada<\/li><li>6 vasitos chicos de cristal o <strong>t\u00e1per<\/strong><\/li><li>Galletas mar\u00eda normal o<strong> sin az\u00facar<\/strong> (decorar)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong>&nbsp;leche en \u00bd vaso y reservar, el resto&nbsp;<strong>ponerlo a calentar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el vaso<\/strong>&nbsp;echamos el sobre de cuajada y la Maizena,&nbsp;<strong>mezclar<\/strong>&nbsp;muy bien, si hace falta&nbsp;<strong>batir<\/strong>&nbsp;para quitar los grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Troceamos<\/strong>&nbsp;el turr\u00f3n lo m\u00e1s chico posible, y cuando la leche empieza a humear,&nbsp;<strong>se le a\u00f1ade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con un batidor<\/strong>&nbsp;se disuelve bien el turr\u00f3n, y le&nbsp;<strong>a\u00f1adimos<\/strong>&nbsp;el az\u00facar o&nbsp;<strong>Stevia<\/strong>&nbsp;y la nata o&nbsp;<strong>crema de soja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remover<\/strong>&nbsp;todo muy bien, hasta que empiece a hervir, y le&nbsp;<strong>a\u00f1adimos<\/strong>&nbsp;el vaso con la cuajada y la Maizena, dejar que vuelva a&nbsp;<strong>hervir y espese<\/strong>&nbsp;un poquito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quitar<\/strong>&nbsp;del fuego y batir en\u00e9rgicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tener<\/strong>&nbsp;preparado los vasitos y&nbsp;<strong>repartir<\/strong>&nbsp;en ellos el turr\u00f3n.&nbsp;<strong>Yo utilice&nbsp;<\/strong>t\u00e1per en plan casero, pero puedes hacerlo m\u00e1s cuqui para una celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner<\/strong> una galleta encima y tapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando se enfr\u00eden<\/strong>&nbsp;un poco, se puede meter en el frigor\u00edfico para que termine de enfriar y cuajar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta
