En este caso echarle solo un poco de aceite y sal en el fondo y por encima del pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vamos colocando<\/strong> encima los filetes de tilapia, y le echamos por encima el ali\u00f1o de aceite, ajo y perejil picado, o <strong>despu\u00e9s al servirlo<\/strong>. En este caso echarle solo un poco de aceite y sal en el fondo y por encima del pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong> unos 15 \u00f3 20 minutos <strong>y servir<\/strong> uno, dos filetes o uno y medio por comensales, yo suelo tomar uno solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los que no tengan horno<\/strong>, pueden hacerlo a la plancha, o en sart\u00e9n, igual a <strong>fuego bajo y tapado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n pueden utilizar otros filetes de pescados<\/strong>, como merluza, dorada, lubina, pez espada, lenguados enteros sin pellejo ni cabeza, eglefino, rosada, ojo esta ultima suelta mucha agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure
