Eritritol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 l de leche o <strong>bebida de soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 galletas Mar\u00eda normal o <strong>sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caramelo l\u00edquido <strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 flaneras, <strong>t\u00e1per<\/strong>, vasitos, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En frigor\u00edfico unas 3 h + \u00f3 &#8211;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 cda. de Maicena<\/strong> si lo quieres m\u00e1s espeso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cazo<\/strong> echamos 800 ml de leche o soja, y se pone a calentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el vaso de la minipimer<\/strong> echar 200 ml de leche, los 2 sobres de flan y el az\u00facar solo o<strong> Eritritol<\/strong>. Batir muy bien para que <strong>no tenga grumos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la leche <strong>empiece a hervir<\/strong>, bati\u00e9ndolo con unas varillas, se le va a\u00f1adiendo la mezcla del flan batida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando vuelve<strong> otra vez a hervir<\/strong>, se apaga el fuego, y se remueve muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres puede echar en los moldes <strong>un poco de caramelo l\u00edquido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se reparte en los moldes<\/strong> que se hayan elegidos, pueden salir seg\u00fan el molde entre 6 \u00f3 7 flanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se coloca encima<\/strong> una galleta tal cual, <strong>sin remojar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar<\/strong> si tiene tapa, o con papel de aluminio, <strong>dejar enfriar unos 15 minutos<\/strong>, y luego meterlo en el frigor\u00edfico, hasta que se enfr\u00ede bien y termine de cuajar. <strong>Unas 3 horas + \u00f3 &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta de<\/strong> flan Potax <strong>adaptada a mi gusto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Observaciones:<\/strong> He probado varios flanes <strong>de otras marcas<\/strong>, pero como el Potax para mi gusto
