{"id":3802,"date":"2020-12-25T20:58:03","date_gmt":"2020-12-25T19:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/?p=3802"},"modified":"2026-01-03T21:41:20","modified_gmt":"2026-01-03T20:41:20","slug":"bizcocho-de-turron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/bizcocho-de-turron\/","title":{"rendered":"Bizcocho de turr\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG-20201224-WA0024-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Bizcocho de turr\u00f3n\" class=\"wp-image-3805\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG-20201224-WA0024-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG-20201224-WA0024-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG-20201224-WA0024-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG-20201224-WA0024.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para unas 8 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>120 ml de aceite de oliva suave Ybarra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de az\u00facar o <strong>60 g az\u00facar y Stevia liquida<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yogur natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de turr\u00f3n de jijona normal o <strong>sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>230 g de harina o <strong>de reposter\u00eda<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre de levadura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantequilla o <strong>papel horno<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornear 45 minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Az\u00facar glass y almendras troceadas (<strong>decorar-optativo<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Precalentar<\/strong> el horno a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol<\/strong> echamos las 3 yemas y en<strong> otro las claras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adimos a las yemas<\/strong> el az\u00facar y Stevia y batimos muy bien, hasta blanquear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Incorporamos<\/strong> el aceite y el yogur y volver a batirlo todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> el turr\u00f3n rallado o <strong>desmenuzar<\/strong> con las manos, la harina tamizada y el sobre de levadura y mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Batir las claras<\/strong> a punto de nieve con una poquito de sal, y la integramos a la mezcla anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un recipiente<\/strong> redondo o <strong>rectangular<\/strong> untado de mantequilla o <strong>forrado con papel de horno,<\/strong> en este caso mojar el recipiente y as\u00ed el papel se adhiere y no se mueve. <strong>Echamos la masa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el horno<\/strong> a media altura a 180\u00baC durante 45 minutos. Vigilar cada horno es distinto. <strong>Pinchar<\/strong> y si sale limpio ya puedes sacarlo. Desmoldarlo y dejar <strong>enfriar sobre una rejilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego gu\u00e1rdalo<\/strong> en un t\u00e1per para que no se seque y en el frigor\u00edfico. Si quieres puedes cortar porciones y <strong>congelarlo<\/strong> y tomarlo poco a poco. Si es para una merienda o celebraci\u00f3n, <strong>cortar trozos<\/strong> de 2 dedos de ancho y luego en tiras y presentar en un plato <strong>el trozo y las
