Batir muy bien para que&nbsp;<strong>no tenga grumos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la leche este caliente a\u00f1adir <strong>el chocolate en trozos<\/strong>, disolver y cuando empiece<strong> a hervir<\/strong>, bati\u00e9ndolo con unas varillas, se le va a\u00f1adiendo la mezcla del flan batida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando vuelve<strong>&nbsp;otra vez a hervir<\/strong>, se apaga el fuego, y se remueve muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres puede echar en los moldes&nbsp;<strong>un poco de caramelo l\u00edquido<\/strong>. (optativo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se reparte en los moldes<\/strong>&nbsp;que se hayan elegidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se coloca encima<\/strong>&nbsp;una galleta tal cual,&nbsp;<strong>sin remojar y <\/strong><strong>fideos de chocolate al gusto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar<\/strong>&nbsp;si tiene tapa, o con papel de aluminio,&nbsp;<strong>dejar enfriar unos 15 minutos<\/strong>, y luego meterlo en el frigor\u00edfico, hasta que se enfr\u00ede bien y termine de cuajar.&nbsp;<strong>Unas 3 horas + \u00f3 \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta de<\/strong>&nbsp;flan
